SHREWSBURY, UK - Harrison Co., an investment banking firm dedicated to advising founder and family-owned businesses, today announced it advised BeaverFit, Inc., a leading global provider of tactical training solutions, high-security systems, and custom fitness equipment, in the acquisition of Bastion Security Products Ltd, a UK-based specialist in physical security systems.

BeaverFit is the largest global provider of tactical training and fitness solutions to the U.S. and EU Armed Forces. The Company is also a leader in custom manufactured functional fitness solutions, servicing the commercial fitness, multi-family, hospitality and recreational markets. Over the past decade, BeaverFit has grown rapidly and merged its global operations in 2024.

Founded in the late 1970s, Bastion has pioneered solutions designed to mitigate threats such as forced entry, ballistic impact, blast effects and surreptitious attack.

The acquisition further strengthens BeaverFit’s defense and security offerings, allowing the Company to integrate Bastion’s modular walling systems into a broader suite of deployable infrastructure and force protection solutions.
