Jonathan Getzoff

Vice President

“Pitching in baseball taught me composure. You are expected to hold runners on base and field your position, all while trying to deliver a strike past the hitter. The M&A process is complex with many diversions and interruptions requiring the same level of composure I became accustomed to on the mound.”

Jonathan oversees all aspects of deal execution, including presentation material drafting, financial modeling, due diligence and solicitation efforts. He has extensive transaction experience across the technology, consumer healthcare, fitness and better-for-you food and beverage industries.

At Harrison Co., Jonathan has successfully completed approximately $2 billion of transactions, including buyouts, public equity offerings, high-yield debt offerings and growth equity investments. Prior to joining Harrison Co., he worked in the Structured Credit division within City National Bank (a subsidiary of RBC) providing leveraged loans and transaction financing for consumer businesses. Jonathan also brings valuable consumer and healthcare experience from previous roles in media consulting at Wasserman and as a cancer research assistant at Cedars Sanai Hospital in Los Angeles.

Jonathan holds a BS in Finance and Public Health from Washington University in St. Louis.
