As an investment banker, entrepreneur, and professional athlete, Shaun Kalnasy draws upon a wide range of both personal and professional experiences when advising clients through complex transactions. He began his career as a goalie in Major League Soccer and brings the same competitive drive to Harrison Co. that he brought to the soccer field.
With over 15 years of experience as an investment banker, Shaun has successfully executed over $6 billion in sell-side, buy-side, and capital raising transactions. He has also spent time in Asia and Europe advising Chinese OEMs looking to move into branded consumer products.
Shaun’s entrepreneurial experience further shaped his career as an investment banker. After graduating from Emory University with an MBA in Finance, Shaun built and launched an ecommerce business, providing him with a unique perspective about, and empathy for the challenges of building a founder-run business. Shaun credits his success to combining a consultative, data-driven approach with his personal passion for sports, active lifestyle products, apparel, and home goods.
