California’s Water Problem: Setting The Record Straight

Over the past 125 years, California’s average annual precipitation has remained relatively unchanged – about 22 inches. For California to remain an agriculture powerhouse, we must invest in additional infrastructure and water-storage solutions that can capture and store intense but sporadic rainfall, and manage water in a way that looks beyond the headlines.
